With the company since 2013
First hired as an account manager, Christopher was responsible for equipment quoting and managing the company's entire inventory. Moving on to the position of General Manager, he oversaw several departments, including equipment delivery, customer service, marketing, business development and customer prospecting. Having purchased the company in 2020 with Tracy Eaton, he now oversees the entire company with Tracy, including the team, marketing, sales and purchasing, and customer service.

With over 30 years' experience at Carter-Wilson, Tracy began her career as Accounting Manager. As the company grew, she took on additional responsibilities to support not only the accounting department but also finance and equipment transportation management. A true pillar of the company, she has a keen sense of organization, and her daily devotion remains invaluable to the whole team. The Carter-Wilson team has grown over the years, keeping pace with the different emerging markets.
