This high-capacity Mepaco / Apache Stainless twin-shaft paddle blender is designed for heavy-duty mixing, blending, and thermal processing of food, proteins, pet food, and industrial formulations. Built in 2008 (Serial M12170-1), this unit comes equipped with a steam jacket rated 130 PSI @ 375°F, providing excellent heating capability for cooked or temperature-controlled products.

The system includes a column dumper (cart dumper) for ergonomic and efficient product loading, a full stainless-steel mezzanine with staircase, and a pneumatically assisted lift-up lid for safe and easy access during sanitation. Inside, dual counter-rotating paddle shafts provide fast, uniform mixing with scrapers.
